These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of eternalknockmedia.com ("the Site"), operated by Eternal Knock Media LLC ("EKM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What this site is
This Site is the public marketing presence of Eternal Knock Media, an independent transmedia studio. It exists to share information about our work, our roster, and our story. The Site does not currently sell anything. If we add commerce — tickets, print editions, merchandise — additional terms will apply at the point of sale.
Intellectual property
Everything on this Site — the writing, photography, artwork, music, videos, characters, project concepts, designs, logos, code, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Eternal Knock Media LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share links to public pages on social media. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or modify any of the content.
- Use any of the imagery, video, music, or text to train machine-learning models or as input to generative AI systems.
- Use our trademarks, logos, character names, or project names in your own work.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site through automated means.
- Frame, mirror, or otherwise present the Site as your own.

Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Site embeds and links to content from third parties — Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, our newsletter platform, and others. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll receive emails from Eternal Knock Media. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Some content on the Site — particularly inspired by real people, real families, or real events — is fictionalized, dramatized, or rendered for storytelling purposes. Nothing on the Site should be construed as factual reporting about any specific real person unless we explicitly say so.
